Fiona practices acupuncture, cranio sacral and sound therapies, massage, cupping and also runs yoga classes.
Her practice is based in Gort and she believes in keeping her class small and intimate which are all suitable for beginners.
She also runs 1:1 sessions which can be a combination of therapies to suit the persons needs and she has worked on all age groups from babies to the elderly.
She runs sound bath meditations from her clinic also which is a luxury experience designed to lift your spirits and to fill your soul.
Although not practising at the moment vouchers are available for when the time is right.

Combination workshops of Yin/Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath relaxation (2 hours 15 min). I also make a small range of handmade products, at first for myself & then I shared with others. I have had some great feedback on them. 100% Rosehip face serum for very sensitive skin. Comfrey salve for use on a shoulder injury"
