Hi, I'm Grainne! I would describe myself as a creative person, I paint, draw, crochet, knit, make clothes and I have recently extended my creativity to millinery.

I am a Galway girl through and through. Admittedly never strayed far, and sure why would I? Our beautiful city and county have so much to offer. I am massively proud to be part of the Umbrella Eile team and to have the opportunity to connect and help people in our local community. I have always believed that people came before profit and this gives me an opportunity to live this belief.

Hi I'm Ger. Having spent over 25 years travelling the world as a news producer my need to continue to find outlets for the creative buzz didn't stop when I returned to Galway. The concept of community emerging stronger from this crisis is a huge attraction for me to work on the story of Umbrella Eile. This breaking news story has just begun.

Hi, I'm Lauren! I would describe myself as a community builder. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, I have worked as a business development consultant and project manager with over 15 years' in a variety of industry sectors such as education, food, hospitality, construction and entertainment.

Passionate about community, exploring and overcoming obstacles to growth for organisations both profit and non-profit, Umbrella Eile as a community social enterprise is here to build sustainable and viable communities.
