Returns & Refunds

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY

BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. 

Returns / Refunds:

Sellers (each individual trader) are responsible for dispatching their sold items to buyers. If a seller is using a delivery or fulfilment service, they are ultimately responsible for making sure that their buyers receive their orders.  
Each seller has his or her own return and refund policies. Please make contact with the seller of your ordered item if you have a query regarding this. 

If you choose a refund as your preferred resolution, and it is an option offered by the seller, any refunds issued will be in your original form of payment.

Certain items will not be eligible for return or refund and again this agreement will be between the seller and the buyer. Examples would be digital downloads or customized items. 

The buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost and the item must be received by the seller in it's original condition in order for an exchange or refund to take place.
