Painting Miniature Modern Oil "Slapdash1"

This is abstract art, a new venture.

It is a pallet knife painting whose layers have been built by upcycling the remaining mixed paint after each painting session over a series of paintings. Here is the paint from Ellis's aunt's house, Meabhdh's grandfather's house and the Aula Maxima NUIG. It is then edged with rich dark paint to make the coloured splashes more unified and vibrant.

This is a miniature oil on canvas painting, framed size 23x23cm. An oil painting lasts a lifetime.
