Cupping - an ancient practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine - 5 minutes of Cupping is equal to 30 minutes of Deep Tissue Massage. And the treatment goes on after the client has left my clinic. 

Craniosacral therapy - a very gentle hands on bodywork therapy. 

I find the combination works really well for people - to aid relaxation, to ease aches and pains

A session last an hour and 15 minutes
