Craniosacral Therapy is very gentle, hands on bodywork.

That works well for lots of different symptoms and issues. The client remains fully clothed, under a blanket, as I work to bring some ease and balance to their system.

I have worked on one week old babies to a 92 year old client - from digestive issues to headaches, trauma related issues to aches and pains

A session lasts an hour and 15 minutes.
