Full Body Training Program for Intermediates Home/Gym
6 wk Take Back Control Full Body Episode 2 (6 months access)
It is a Continuation Program for busy women, who are looking for a permanent body transformation.
This program offers you complete workouts for 4-6 days a week, including warm-up and stretching sections. It is suitable for intermediates
It consists of mix and match workouts (20-40min long), warm-ups and stretching routines.It requires very little to no equipment at all. You can do it at home, during your holiday trip or at the gym - wherever you choose.
The Take Back Control challenge also includes a 6 wk Diet Plan.
All you will need to complete the whole program are:
A few different strength glute bands.
Two sets of dumbbells (light and medium weight).
That way you can work out anywhere, at any time and without busting your bank account or cluttering your home. You can do it at home, during your holiday trip or at the gym - wherever you choose.
