Full Body Training Program for Beginners Home/Gym
6 wk Take Back Control Full Body Episode 1 (6 months access)
It is a Basic Program for busy women, who are looking for a permanent body transformation
This program offers you complete workouts for 4-6 days a week, including warm-up and stretching sections. It is suitable for beginners and intermediates.
It consists of mix and match workouts (20-40min long), warm-ups and stretching routines.It requires very little to no equipment at all.
The Take Back Control challenge also includes a 6 wk Diet Plan.
All you will need to complete the whole program are:
A medium and medium-hard, short resistance bands.
1 set of dumbbells or 2 food cans/bottles of water.
That way you can work out anywhere, at any time and without busting your bank account or cluttering your home. You can do it at home, during your holiday trip or at the gym - wherever you choose.
